Double Barrel Very Special Old Jacket is a cuvée of barrel-aged English Barleywines aged between one and three years before blending and rebarreling in Templeton Rye barrels for an additional eighteen months. We chose a selection of barrels, a majority from Willett and the rest from Heaven Hill that exemplified what we believe to epitomize Bourbon Barrel-Aged Imperial Stout.
