The dishwasher is run every night whether it's full or not (it usually is, and it makes a huge difference to how smoothly things run if I do it that way) and I empty it first thing in the morning (because I'm the only one capable of functioning that early!

Having met up with Gemma in November 2018 when we did a social media talk together, she was so excited to tell me she was writing a book. Since his wife Angie’s death in October 2010 he has been a full time dad and mum to the six of their eight children who still live at home with him in Grimethorpe. After all, we are what we eat, and instilling these habits from a young age not only supports growth and immunity but also teaches the vital role food plays in our overall health.I could see how much this meant to her and I am so thrilled for her that the book launch is now happening in just a few months time. It's so restful, knowing that you just need to do what's on the list and then stop, and that that dust you noticed on the bathroom shelves will be tackled on Thursday (or whenever; my days aren't the same as Gemma's). It takes far longer than 30 mins to get everything done here and level 1 jobs also take far far longer than she suggests.

I'd like to be more on top of my house and see this method mentioned regularly on MN but I just don't really understand how it could work for me. Nobody should have to tolerate dirty fingerprints on their windows, grimy stains on their hob or stubborn watermarks on their shower screen and, luckily, you don’t have to either.

I'm really looking forward to not feeling the need to do a massive clean before putting up christmas, because it'll all be ticking over nicely by then. She was immediately referred to the hospital, and sent for a scan, and the result was as grim as it was shocking. I do 30 minutes and then have a coffee ☕️ If I'm still keen to carry on (it does get quite addictive) then I do another 30 minutes.
